Shelby Spencer brings to Briotix a wealth of experience and expertise in quality, change management, process development & improvement, program management, client satisfaction and operational excellence. Her leadership has enabled Briotix to optimize service delivery for our clients, compete on a global stage with a Fortune 500/Global 1000 clientele, leverage technology in our service delivery and drive client satisfaction to the highest possible levels. Prior to Briotix, Shelby spent more than 9 years in a series of progressive assignments at J. D. Power and Asosciates, a global marketing information services company, where she was recognized as a “go to” problem solver. Her responsibilities included oversight of quality and process management initiatives, including the company’s achievement and maintenance of ISO 9001 certification. The perspectives gained as Director, Technology Project Management Office provided her with a broad understanding of project & program management for technology initiatives. For OHS this has evolved into a powerful client delivery capability that is both scalable and cost-efficient. Shelby graduated magna cum laude with an MBA, Finance from California Lutheran University, where she also graduated summa cum laude with a BA, Philosophy and International Studies.
