Our testing experts (athletic trainers, physical therapists, occupational therapists) thoroughly collect the physical demands and essential functions of the job using calibrated tools and best-practice methodologies to ensure uniform test administration.

Develop and Launch Testing Protocols
Unique, objective testing criteria and protocols are created for each job task based on physical demands data and the job site. Validation studies are conducted for protocols, and the testing begins on employees right after their offer of employment.
