- BRIOTIX HEALTH Highlights Budget-Friendly Injury Prevention Solution in Honor of National Safety Month | Briotix Health
< Back PRESS RELEASE BRIOTIX HEALTH Highlights Budget-Friendly Injury Prevention Solution in Honor of National Safety Month CENTENNIAL, CO – June 19, 2025 June is National Safety Month, an annual campaign led by the National Safety Council (NSC) to promote awareness around safety and injury prevention. At Briotix Health, a leader in musculoskeletal injury prevention, we’re proud to support this initiative by highlighting creative, real-world solutions that are making a difference. One of our Industrial Sports Medicine Professionals recently tackled a common ergonomic challenge at a client site where employees were experiencing discomfort from prolonged downward neck posture at fixed-height workstations. With budget limitations preventing the use of adjustable desks, our provider identified a simple, cost-effective fix: tabletop scissor lifts. This low-budget solution allowed employees to easily raise their work surfaces, improving posture and reducing discomfort—without requiring major capital investment. "Our top priority is delivering solutions that help minimize injury risk while meeting the unique needs of our clients,” says Manisha Desai, OTR, Industrial Sports Medicine Professional at Briotix Health. "This change led to a significant improvement in posture and comfort, while not adding unnecessary cost.” This Briotix Health solution is effective and a strong option for workplaces with similar budget limits, showing our continued focus on preventing musculoskeletal injuries this month and beyond.
