About the Presenters:

Ashley Brandow

Ashely Brandow, MA, ATC-L, CEAS III

Project Manager, Ergonomics

Ashley is a certified Athletic Trainer and Ergonomic Specialist with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her career began as the Head Athletic Trainer at a Division III college, where I served for 10 years, followed by 4 years at a Spine Center providing physical therapy services. In 2013, she joined Briotix Health, where her primary focus has been office ergonomics.

As a Program Manager, Ashley partners with a diverse range of clients to enhance workplace comfort and productivity. Her responsibilities include evaluating office chairs and furniture, developing best-practice training programs, and creating educational resources to support ergonomic health both in the office and at home. In addition, she has experience conducting return-to-work evaluations and laboratory ergonomic assessments.

Kristianne Egbert, BS, HFE, CPE

Kristianne Egbert

Senior Corporate Ergonomist

Kristianne attained her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She is a Certified Professional Ergonomist through the Board of Certified Professional Ergonomists.

Kristianne manages the industrial ergonomics service line at Briotix Health from both the project management and technical consulting standpoint. She has provided ergonomic services to industries through the past 20 years and has worked with a diverse group of clients and their employees, including telecom, automotive, food and beverage, aerospace, retail, office space, and biotech industries.

Her expertise include: results driven training, risk assessments, design guideline consulting, technical analysis with reporting and ergonomic technology solutions for improving work conditions to allow for improved employee performance.
